 Making Christmas plates for my mom and the MIL. Drew a Santa on a plate one with pizza on a platter and one with beer on the platter. My mom LOVED it because in our house Santa was lactose intolerant so we left out pizza and coke. For years my mom wanted a plate and cup with santa and a pizza so I made her this! I gave it to her early cause she has been having a hard time getting into the christmas spirit (i have to to be honest) so I figured it may get her into the swing of things. DH wanted me to make my MIL one. She drinks all the time so i just made her santa with some beer and a mug. I figured if all else fails she will have something. We get them jewelry all the time but this year we are tight on money and what else do parents like then homemade gifts. =) The blue plate is a dog. DH said it looked like the small dog off 2 Stupid Dogs, but my Grandma loves dogs so I figured I could make her it. (it was supposed to be for Dirty Santa but she is coming into town early and I have nothen for her)
